Catherine Earl

Catherine is an experienced and personable finance director, having spent many years working with both owner-managed and private equity-backed organisations.

With a strong record of successful fund raises, acquisitions and divestments on both the buy and sell side, and, more latterly, in distressed conditions.

Catherine enjoys being part of the leadership team where she can use her skills and experience to support a business in achieving a specific goal, for example, preparing it for sale, investment for future growth, or to provide strategic CFO coverage on a consultancy or non-exec basis.

Catherine is ACA qualified, having trained with PwC, a fellow of the ICAEW and holds a LLB (Law) from Newcastle University.
